Bento4 is an open source library for MP4 manipulation. However, to actually perform MP4 decryption, Bento4 (and specifically its mp4decrypt tool) are required. The only dependencies required are cryptographic libraraies specified in go.mod but Go should handle these automatically. It merely finds the video URLs and decryption keys.
